Sage is known for its medicinal effect on the respiratory tract. The leaves have an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect on a dry, painful or inflamed throat. They are also beneficial for other respiratory diseases, such as asthma and cough.

Organic Sage is traditionally used as a hair care to strengthen the scalp, promote hair growth and regulate sebum production. In grandmother's time, sage was mainly used as a sleeping aid. Do you regularly have trouble falling asleep? Then try this tea.

Keep in mind that you don't consume too much sage and in large quantities. For example, drink no more than two cups of tea per day, and drink 1 to 2 grams per cup of tea.
