Brewing advice:

To prepare it, leave the leaves in hot water, but it is better not to boil them to avoid irritation of the mucous membranes. It is advisable to let the decoction rest for a few minutes so that the water can absorb all the beneficial substances.

Senna tea is steeped in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. It is recommended to take the senna infusion in the evening, around bedtime.

It is recommended to use a maximum of 2 grams of senna leaves per liter of water. Use the Senna leaves every other day and for no more than 1 week consecutively. Then don't drink it for three weeks.
